Do you have a passion for nursing? We have the position for you! We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Acropolis Manor.

Reporting to the Manager (or designate), the Clinical Practice Lead contributes to the delivery of quality resident care, professional nursing practice and the enhancement of geriatric services in a Long Term Care setting through nursing practice assessment and development, clinical consultation, quality improvement, care coordination, staff health and other leadership activities. The Clinical Practice Lead will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with others to positively impact nursing care in Long Term Care nursing practice.

Acropolis Manor is composed of three units East Pod, North Pod, and West Pod. All Pods are located on the main floor. There are 56 beds including three respite beds plus five short stay beds. Acropolis Manor is attached to Prince Rupert Regional Hospital through a covered link on one end. Downtown is minutes away and residents can access Handi-Dart and taxi services as needed. The Recreation Therapist develops therapeutic and leisure interventions tailored to support the mental, physical, social and spiritual well‑being of the residents who live at Acropolis Manor and establishes recreation opportunities.
