In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, and as directed by the Regional Manager Student Practice Education, this position provides clinical mentorship and education support within the Student Practice Education portfolio throughout Northern Health, which includes student placements, the Employed Student Nurse (ESNs) program, the New Graduate Transition program, and Specialty Education. In collaboration with Education & Development team, Clinical Nurse Educators (CNEs) and operational leadership, the Clinical Lead Student Practice Education is responsible for leading, planning, developing, and facilitating organization‑wide education and support for NH staff and supporting onboarding/orientation programs for new graduates, practicum students, ESNs, new graduates, and specialty education learners. The position serves as a clinical resource for student practice and coordinates in‑service programs aimed to meet the unique education needs of new graduates, students, and ESNs.
Monday to Friday, Days, 08:00 to 16:00
