OVERVIEW

As a Nurse (RN or RPN) with the organization, you will play a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of our residents, while providing leadership and compassionate care. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Monitor and follow up on any resident falls, accidents, or incidents.
• Assist with medication management, including transcribing orders and auditing MARs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of key quality assurance and regulatory areas.
• Contribute to the organization’s engagement and improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current BCCNM license as an RN, Registered Nurse; RPN, Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health, assisted living, or long‑term care (preferred).
• Strong assessment, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications.
