A regional health authority in Victoria, Canada, is seeking a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse. The role involves coordinating care for residents and guiding caregivers while adhering to established nursing standards. Candidates must be registered nurses with recent experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse coordinates and provides direct nursing care to an assigned group of residents/clients. Provides guidance to caregivers for resident/client care consistent with current standards of professional practice, the philosophy of care, and established organizational standards within an interdisciplinary care environment.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant or a practicing RPN registrant. One year's recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
