The care model emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating daily rounds to create tailored care plans that address each patient’s unique needs. Staffing levels are optimized to ensure high-quality care, typically with a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5 during the day, slightly higher at night. • Demonstrate good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement and risk management activities.
