Join a dynamic critical care team committed to delivering excellence in patient care. As an ICU RN, you'll provide high-level nursing to critically ill patients in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment. This role demands clinical expertise, compassionate care, and leadership in both emergency response and everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Expert-Level Nursing Practice Apply advanced clinical judgment using nursing process fundamentals to manage complex patient care needs.

· Critical Care Equipment Mastery Confidently use specialized ICU tools such as ventilators, defibrillators, hemodynamic monitors, and pacemakers.

· Emergency Response Competence Administer life-saving medications and interventions with precision under pressure.

· Patient & Family Empowerment Educate with compassion, promoting self-care and health literacy through tailored support.

· Scientific Acumen Interpret physiological and behavioral data to guide urgent and accurate clinical decisions.

· Integrated Care Coordination Navigate resources inside and outside the facility to support patients holistically.

· Digital Fluency Use electronic platforms for communication, documentation, and real-time research.

· Technical Reliability Operate essential equipment safely: IV pumps, ECGs, CVC lines, NG tubes, thermometers, and more.

Key Qualifications:

· A Nursing Degree with a Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in Intensive/Critical Care Unit

· A certificate in Critical Care Nursing

Certifications:

· Current registration with CANNN before commencement of employment is mandatory
