A healthcare service provider is seeking a Registered Nurse IIC to coordinate regional outpatient programs in Stephenville. The role requires current registration and at least three years of outpatient experience. Current Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador is required. Candidates must have 3 years of outpatient experience within the last 5 years. An ability to work independently with a demonstrated competency in organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, conflict management, team building, change management, and decision-making skills is essential. Strong problem-solving skills are required. Chemotherapy certification through NLHS will be provided if not already certified. Consideration will be given to candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education and training. A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is also required.
