Job Summary:

This role involves collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.

  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage IV lines and catheters.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans.

  • Respond promptly to emergency situations using sound clinical judgment.

  • Educate patients and their families on treatments, procedures, and care post-discharge.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using hospital systems.

  • Follow infection control and patient safety procedures consistently.

  • Participate in continuous education and training sessions.

  • Provide emotional support to patients and families in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.

  • Valid RN license in the applicable state.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions.

  • Proficient in using hospital management systems and electronic health records (EHR).

Experience:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.

  • Experience in specialized units (e.g., ICU, ER, Surgical, Maternity) is a plus.

  • New graduates with exceptional clinical training may also be considered.

Working Hours:
  • Rotational Shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)

  • Must be available for weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

  • Overtime may be required based on patient care needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Deep understanding of nursing processes, procedures, and best practices.

  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

  • Physical stamina and emotional resilience to handle long shifts and complex cases.

  • Knowledge of hospital equipment, charting software, and safety protocols.
