A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse in Victoria, BC, focusing on Nephrology nursing. Responsibilities include ensuring safe home practices for patients on dialysis and coordinating with agencies for equipment delivery. Applicants must be registered with the BC College of Nurses and have at least two years of related experience.

Under the general direction of the Manager, Renal Services and the Nurse Clinician responsible for training and follow-up of Peritoneal Dialysis / Home Hemodialysis patients, ensuring safe patient and family practice in the home, and interfacing with outside agencies and hospitals on supplies and equipment delivery for Peritoneal and Home Hemodialysis patients.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. Two years' recent related experience in Nephrology nursing, specifically related to peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
