Job summary

Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking Rural Community/Home Care Registered Nurses (RNs) for contract roles across Alberta with excellent hourly rates. Immediate opportunities with starting pay of $75–$80 per hour and additional per diem, mileage allowances, and accommodations.

Reimbursements for flights and a fast-start bonus are available to credentialed candidates. The positions require at least 2 years of home care experience, case management skills, and the ability to manage physically

What We Offer

• $75-80/hr Starting
• $75 per day diem
• .50c per KM mileage allowance or reimbursed flights (some conditions apply)
• Reimbursed Accommodations
• Bi-weekly pay
• Excellent Referral program

We offer a $100 Fast Start Bonus - For those who are credentialed and pick up 3 shifts within 7 calendar days of starting credentialing process + $250 referral bonus available (subject to conditions)!

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Home Care Experience
• Case Management Experience
• Able to work effectively in a physically demanding environment including ability to lift and position patients
• Demonstrates ability to understand, speak, read and write effectively in English
• Excellent observation, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transport and schedule flexibility
