Job Summary

As part of the interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible and accountable for providing quality patient/family focused nursing care in accordance with the hospital’s philosophy, policies and standards of care, the College of Nurses (CNO) and all relevant legislation.

Qualifications And Experience
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses (CNO) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BCLS.
  • Nephrology Certificate Program completed an asset.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of hemodialysis experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge, skill and judgment in the application of hemodialysis.
  • Demonstrates excellent assessment, communication, organization, problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills.

Hours of Work: In order to provide the necessary patient care, our operations run 24/7. There is the expectation that you are available to work weekdays, weekends and all shifts (days, nights, 12 hours).
