As we grow, we’re looking for a Registered Nurse/Advance Care Paramedic who shares our passion for excellence to join our dynamic team.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse or Advanced Care Paramedic on a full-time basis. This unique position involves providing on-site medical care and support to employees as well as ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an industrial setting.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate medical attention for work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and wellness screenings.
  • Administer first aid, CPR, and emergency care as needed.
  • Promote and support wellness programs aimed at improving overall employee health.
  • Collaborate with management and HR on employee health-related issues.
  • Participate in safety committee meetings and provide health-related insights and recommendations.
  • Administrative duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Registered Nurse or Advanced Care Paramedic certification.
  • Experience in occupational health or an industrial setting is considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S regulations and workplace safety standards is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound medical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
