Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in Sioux Lookout, ON. This part-time role involves delivering compassionate home health care, coordinating with clients and families, and ensuring safety and quality in the home setting.

You will use your clinical judgment, perform assessments, administer treatments, and document care with our mobile tools. Eligible candidates will have an active RN license in Ontario, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• RN with active Ontario College of Nurses registration.
• CPR certification required.
• Clear criminal background check, vulnerable sector screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in clients' homes using clinical judgment.
• Assess, plan, implement and document care for each client.
• Collaborate with family and care team; use mobile tools for documentation.
