A community health center in Ontario is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure Team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of cardiac care experience and be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Responsibilities include assessing and supporting therapies for heart disease clients, providing education, and collaborating with team members. The position offers flexible hours and a pay rate of $36.62 – 43.49 hourly.

The North Lambton Community Health Centre is a community governed health centre serving identified priority populations in a defined catchment area. The Centre operates multiple sites in Ontario: Forest, Kettle & Stony Point, Watford, and Sarnia. Our interdisciplinary team provides primary health care, health promotion and community development services.
The North Lambton Community Health Centre is currently seeking applicants for the following position:
18-Month Contract, up to 37.5 hours/week
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with specialized training in cardiac care. The RN will work within a team to implement evidence-based care to clients in our Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure Program.
This is a contract position, working up to 37.5 hours per week, commencing in December. The rate of pay for this position is $36.62 – 43.49 hourly (based on a six-step grid) plus 10% in lieu of benefits. The incumbent will work primarily at our Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab location but must be able to travel to all four sites and any of our outreach locations, as required. Flexible hours of work are required.
