Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes or in a healthcare facility
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for each client
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Educate clients and their families on health management and disease prevention

Requirements
