Role Description

Spectrum Home & Family Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for on‑call casual positions in the Kootenay region, including: Kimberley, Cranbrook, Invermere, Radium Hot Springs, Fairmont Hot Springs, Canal Flats, Golden, Fernie, Sparwood, Elkford, Creston, Yahk, and surrounding communities. RNs may be required to travel depending on client needs.

Qualifications
  • Active RN license with BCCNM.
  • Clean Criminal Record Check
  • CPR & Frist Aid
  • Experience in patient care, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
  • Skills in developing and implementing care plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred

Compensation
  • $36 – $42 per hour- based on experience
