The Midwives Collective in Victoria is seeking a locum starting April 2026, with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours. You would join an existing team of midwives in a bright storefront clinic, in a medical building with easy access to a pharmacy and lab.

This friendly, shared-care practice serves a diverse client base, including many newcomers to Canada. We value communication, evidence-based care, and a sense of humour, and use Oscar EMR; MOA support is excellent.

Job description

The Midwives Collective, located on the edge of downtown Victoria, is seeking a locum. The position is available as of April 2026, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate. There is the possibility of full time or part time work.

The locum would be joining an existing team of excellent midwives.

We are a friendly, shared-care practice, serving a diverse clientele. Roughly half our clients are newcomers to Canada. We are committed to our clients and to one another, and value good communication, evidence-based care, and a sense of humour.

We work out of a bright & lovely storefront clinic in a medical building, affording clients easy access to pharmacy & lab. We have the most amazing MOA and use Oscar EMR. We support one another.
