MYo Lab Health & Wellness in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking licensed RMTs for a full-time role with a competitive, above-market pay range. You will provide massage therapy services across a modern facility, with a focus on client care and retention.

Our team supports you with front desk, booking, and billing, plus weekly training and professional development. The clinic offers a large space, on-site gym access, store discounts, and regular team events.

Qualifications

• Active RMT license in Alberta.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Clear police check.
• Available 30+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy to clients as scheduled and documented.
• Maintain high standards of professional care and client safety.
• Collaborate with team for referrals, scheduling, and continuity of care.
• Support client retention and contribute to a positive clinic culture.

Pay:

• Approximately 26% above the Alberta industry standard for RMTs, based on MYo Lab’s compensation study.
• Full-time RMTs typically earn $60,000–$110,000+ gross/year, depending on schedule, retention, and performance.

• Available 30+ hours per week, Sunday to Friday.

Clinic hours:

(shift times vary within these hours).

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Monday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
