Job summary

Myо West Vancouver clinic is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in a supportive, growth‑oriented setting. You will work closely with our Clinic Director and Lead Clinician, providing client-centered therapy and applying clinical reasoning to build effective action plans.

You’ll participate in mentorship, clinical education, and marketing-backed strategies to grow your caseload, while contributing to a collaborative team and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the BC College of Massage Therapists.
• Excellent client-centered care and clinical judgement are essential.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to growth and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Use clinical reasoning to create action plans and help clients reach goals.

• An advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, your Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians

• Contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviors such as: excitement to mentor students, participation at clinic events/workshops/recharges, etc.
