Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-first approach.
• Willingness to mentor others and participate in clinic events.
• 1–2+ years of clinic experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and leadership within the clinic as assigned.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices through ongoing learning.
• Utilize e-charting and digital tools to streamline workflows and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management.
