• Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college.
• Have the appropriate liability insurance.
• Put clients' needs first with proactive, follow-up care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to every client.
• Use clinical reasoning to create action plans for clients to move longer and better.
• Engage with local referral sources to grow your caseload.
• Participate in mentorship and clinical education within and outside the organization.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to determine training needs.
