Job summary

Anytime Dental Clinics is opening a new Kitchener, ON clinic and is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist. This full-time role involves days, evenings, and weekends in a modern, patient-focused setting within Passion Dental Group’s Ontario network.

You’ll deliver comprehensive hygiene care, educate patients, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure exceptional outcomes and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree.
• Registered and in good standing with the CDHO.
• Valid malpractice/liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA).
• IPAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride application.
• Assess patients and develop personalized care approaches aligned with clinical protocols.
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term care strategies.
• Create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient—focused on trust and attention to detail.
• Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and genuine care.
• Work closely with the clinical team to support seamless, high-quality patient care.

What the Role Looks Like

• Full-time opportunity
• Days, evenings, and weekends required
• Located in Kitchener, ON
• Compensation: $50–$55/hour

What You Bring

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
• Registered and in good standing with the CDHO
• Valid malpractice/liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA)
• IPAC certification

You’re also someone who:

• Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally with patients
• Is highly organized and comfortable managing a busy schedule
• Brings a calm, patient-first approach to every interaction
• Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Is comfortable with dental software and digital workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with iTero scanning and whitening services (e.g., Zoom)
