Qualifications

• RDA certification in good standing with CDAS is required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments per infection control protocols.
• Take digital X-rays (if certified) and maintain patient records.
• Support patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Contribute to a smooth patient experience through teamwork and communication.
• Assist with scheduling and patient coordination as needed.
