Experience in corporate training and a background in property management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training or learning and development.
• Property management experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel within Canada as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire onboarding training for property employees.
• Provide in-person training on property management tasks.
• Coordinate training initiatives with HR Managers and other stakeholders.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Education

Formal training and/or certification in Training and Development
