About the Role

The Regional Sales Representative for our Infrastructure division plays a key role in driving growth across our CCTV inspection, flushing, rehabilitation, and repair service lines. You will be responsible for developing new business, strengthening existing client relationships, and positioning Wessuc as a trusted partner in infrastructure solutions.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with municipalities, engineering firms, contractors, and property stakeholders to drive revenue across CCTV inspection, flushing, rehabilitation, and repair service lines.
  • Source new business through proactive outreach, including cold calls, email campaigns, site visits, and networking at industry events.
  • Identify upcoming tenders and renewal opportunities, assess bid suitability, and coordinate with the Sales Estimator for proposal development.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding revenue targets for the Infrastructure Division.
  • Leverage CRM data and sales tools to track opportunities, analyze trends, and identify new market or geographic growth areas.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and collaborate with Operations to align service capabilities with project requirements.
  • Develop strategic and creative approaches to engage existing clients and connect with new prospects across the region.
About You

We’re looking for a motivated and driven professional with experience in a similar role, or experience in the CCTV, Flushing, Spot Repair and Waste Water industries. Your skills and experience include:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or technical sales.
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement and tendering processes.
  • A strong hunter mentality with persistent follow‑up and deal‑closing skills.
  • Proven success in building long‑term client relationships and closing new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized approach with strong CRM discipline and pipeline management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • A post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Familiarity with CCTV, flushing, spot repair, trenchless services, or wastewater systems is an asset.
