Regional Sales Manager (Northern California, New Hampshire, Florida, Michigan)

What you will do
  • Report to the VP of Sales North America.
  • Attain bookings required for the company to grow and be profitable.
  • Responsible for specific assigned accounts as well as winning new accounts.
  • Identify, sign, and manage reps in your region.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team and the rest of the organization to successfully service customers.
  • Drive business development, sales, and overall revenue growth.
  • Articulate and present the value of the offering to decision makers and manage complex sales cycles.
What you will need to succeed
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience in the Electronics Market, ideally with prior experience selling PCBs, PCBA, or PCB design.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Prior relationships and networks with decision makers will be key to success.
