Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our products.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Utilize communication tools to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in bathroom essential sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French is an advantage.
