A regional real estate firm is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager in Vancouver to oversee a mixed portfolio of single-family and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in property management and a Managing Broker license for Washington or Oregon. This role offers autonomy, the chance to influence growth, and a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 along with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of property management experience.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the regional portfolio.
• Manage onsite, remote property managers and admin staff.
• Handle budgets and financial reporting.
