Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a related field, preferably with some supervisory or leadership experience.
• Willingness to obtain a Criminal Records Search.
• Current first-aid and CPR certification.
• Class 4 driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs for individuals.
• Train and oversee managers in all aspects of program operations.
• Support and meet the needs of individuals, family members, and advocates.
• Monitor individual programs and ensure regulatory guidelines are met.
• Manage and oversee regional occupational health and safety initiatives.
