As the Regional Precision Manager, the primary responsibility is to drive the adoption of the comprehensive Case IH technology portfolio—including factory fit products, aftermarket solutions, and digital platforms—within the assigned territory. This role requires approximately 70% travel to engage with customers and dealers effectively. Ideal location for this position would be in either Alberta or Saskatchewan.
Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Technology, Agriculture Business, Engineering, or related field plus 2+ years of experience in Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work.
Associate's Degree with 4+ years of Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work.
HS/GED with 8+ years experience in Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work may be considered.
The annual salary for this role is CAD$99,000.00 - $145,200.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
