Job summary

Source Atlantic Limited seeks a Regional Operations Optimization Specialist – West to drive standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the West region. You will partner with Branch Operations, Distribution Centers, Supply Chain, Services, and other teams to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, sustainable solutions.

This role can be hybrid or based in office with a home location flexible to major metropolitan areas where the company operates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in industrial distribution, supply chain, warehousing, or related ops.
• Post-secondary education in Business/Supply Chain or Engineering is an asset.
• Experience with process improvement, quality management, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP, operations reporting, and performance data.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or RCA methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational assessments to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement standardized workflows and operating processes.
• Support change management, including training and adoption of improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with IT/IS and stakeholders to optimize ERP workflows and data accuracy.
• Create SOPs, process maps, and performance standards.
• Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and management updates.
