Job Summary

As the Regional Marketing & Communications Manager, you will support our growing western Canadian business units by leading multi‑channel marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and acting as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders across British Columbia.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, lead, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned to firm objectives and within budget, including ideation, stakeholder buy‑in, content curation, tactical execution, internal and external communications, and KPI tracking.
  • Lead marketing initiatives across the region—email marketing, event marketing, content marketing, sponsorship marketing—and other special projects as needed.
  • Analyze campaign analytics to recommend improvements in efficiency, engagement, and market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and the greater marketing team to identify brand awareness opportunities and process improvements.
  • Serve as a consultant to internal clients, educating them on marketing processes and required inputs, and providing creative ideas to elevate campaigns.
  • Ensure all external communications reflect the firm’s culture and brand voice.
  • Participate in working groups to deliver national and regional campaigns and champion consistent use of marketing technology (CRM, CMS, PMS).
  • Document cumulative project reporting, successes, lessons learned, digital analytics, and budget updates for leadership updates and future planning.
  • Travel will be required when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing communications and people management in a B2B environment, preferably professional services.
  • Strong business acumen with proven experience connecting marketing initiatives to business objectives.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver quality results in a fast‑moving, deadline‑oriented environment.
  • Resourceful and critical thinker who consistently brings forward creative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with tact and discretion in communications.
  • Results‑driven and eager to pursue continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRMs and marketing enablement tools.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to improve processes and leverage technology.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel (when appropriate) is an asset.
