A leading insurance provider is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee sales strategies and broker networks in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The role requires excellent sales experience, communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates will benefit from a competitive salary of $80,000 – $100,000, with opportunities for additional commissions, and a hybrid work environment.

The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $80,000 – $100,000 (Base pay range plus variable monthly commissions based on sales. Approximate total yearly income during the first year is $120–140k). Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are still encouraged to apply.

The Regional Manager is responsible for planning and executing the Annual Business Plan to achieve sales targets within the Manitoba and Saskatchewan territory. This role involves building and maintaining a strong broker network and promoting Wawanesa Life as a leading insurance provider.
