Role & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Director, Distribution and Operations, the Regional Manager, Distribution Operations and his/her team will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operations of the Atlantic Regional Warehouses (4) as well as the regional management of Distribution and Delivery operations. The incumbent will organize, manage and control all operations of the Atlantic warehouses, which supply our customers in the region. The person will use, monitor, develop and analyze a suite of KPIs to ensure the optimal operations of distribution and delivery operations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to constantly increase the efficiency of our operations, optimizing financial, physical, systemic and human resources, while maintaining very high standards of customer service. His modern and agile leadership, seasoned skills, and highly collaborative spirit are essential to excel in such a role, carefully balancing warehouse operations, as well as route management, while collaborating with internal and external collaborators, suppliers, and customers. The incumbent will be expected to set clear, achievable, and ambitious, daily, weekly, and annual goals for their direct reports. This role requires a highly professional individual with modern and engaging human qualities. He is at all times a true ambassador of Belron\'s values and will promote a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, collaboration and teamwork, in a customer-centric mindset. Key Qualifications and Competencies

• University degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or operations management (Business/Commerce).
• Approximately 15 years of experience in the distribution sector, including approximately 10 years in supply chain and wholesale operations with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience in a similar position within a national organization (a definite asset).
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced).
• Experience with warehouse management systems (Optimiza, Gaines, Oracle).
• Excellent communication skills in English, French is an asset.
• Operational expert and natural organizer who connects the strategic plan to field operations and employees.
• Proven leadership and strong talent management skills.
• Possess excellent strategic skills, a clear sense of priorities, a clear team spirit, and a customer focus (internal and external).
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
