Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly, a Canadian leader in last-mile logistics, seeks a senior leader to drive IDC BP teams, strategy, and performance across markets. You will coach regional BP staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities, while partnering with Operations, HR, and Legal to optimize delivery of services.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration within a matrix environment to achieve sustainable growth and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, business relations, management, logistics or related field with 8–10 years of relevant experience OR Master's/MBA with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in team management or supervision.
  • Experience in partnership development, account management or operating environment.
  • Knowledge of independent contractor models (strong asset).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the IDC BP team, supervise, coach and support in market management and deliverables.
  • Monitor IDC KPIs, ensure follow-up actions and policy alignment with regional leadership.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the MD, BP’s and stations; report trends, capacity issues and risks.
  • Drive standardization, policy adherence, and deployment of new initiatives and tools.
  • Handle escalations and complex situations with professional, compliant approach.
