Qualifications

• Experience with dispatching or fleet coordination for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules for line-haul routes.
• Monitor driver check-in and manage in-transit issues.
• Collaborate with the Fleet Department for capacity allocation.
• Track carrier performance and support new carrier onboarding.
• Monitor route performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Handle first-level operational exceptions and coordinate issue resolution.
