Overview

Due to continued sales success, Zurich is looking for a Regional Income Development Executive to support the sales efforts in our Virginia market. This territory includes the state of Virginia and may include parts of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will live in the territory.

Zurich Direct Markets specializes in providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to the automotive industry. We have a dedicated sales force that meets regularly and directly with our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space.
  • Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – e‑mail, intranet, and newsletter to maintain good relationships.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed.
  • Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy‑in to maintain good relationships.
  • Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
  • Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no‑cap incentive plan.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in sales.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.
  • Dealership training experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of dealership technology.
  • Basic knowledge of all F&I products.
  • Knowledge of warranty claims terminology and techniques.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
Compensation and Benefits

Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no‑cap incentive plan. The variable compensation range for this role is estimated between $170,000 and $190,000 based on individual performance under the sales incentive plan. The role also includes excellent benefits and a company car (subject to a driving record check).
