Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources including talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and compensation.
• Strong relationship management capabilities including the ability to impact & influence senior leaders.
• Ability to understand, assess and respond to complex situations and provide strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to the ONE Regional President and leadership team on HR aspects.
• Advance and execute HR strategic objectives for the Region.
• Drive the employee listening strategy and ensure engagement.
