Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of HR Business Partner experience in a labour relations environment.
• Strong functional HR expertise across various domains.
• Experience supporting multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Provide coaching to leaders for skill development.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for talent management.
• Champion performance and talent management processes.
• Act as primary contact for Local Union representatives.
• Lead investigations on employee and labour relations issues.
• Conduct training sessions for employees and management.
