Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of HR Business Partner experience in a labour relations environment.
- Strong functional HR expertise across various domains.
- Experience supporting multi-location operations.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Provide coaching to leaders for skill development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for talent management.
- Champion performance and talent management processes.
- Act as primary contact for Local Union representatives.
- Lead investigations on employee and labour relations issues.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and management.
