A leading asphalt products company is seeking a Regional Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Lead for Western Canada. The role involves ensuring HSE compliance, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and providing technical support across regional sites. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, with at least 5 years of progressive experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. This position requires regular travel to various company facilities and the opportunity to significantly influence safety culture within the organization.

As a core member of the Regional Management Team, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, shape culture, and lead safety and environmental excellence across one of our regions. The Regional HSE Lead plays a critical role in protecting people, strengthening operations, and supporting long-term, sustainable growth.
This position is based out of our Calgary regional office and requires regular travel to McAsphalt plants, workshops, laboratories, offices, truck yards, and customer sites within the region.
