Qualifications

• Strong business and organizational knowledge and planning capabilities.
• Minimum 2-3 years previous leadership experience in retail banking.
• Strong knowledge and comfort in using technology.
• Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.
• Bilingualism in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel to RVP and managers on strategy implementation.
• Act as expert role model and master coach.
• Identify gaps and recommend priorities and action plans.
• Gather feedback and formalize listening post environment.
• Support integration of RBC Partners to maximize performance.
• Provide regular updates to market/regional staff.
