A federal agency in Canada seeks a Data Exploitation Analyst to interpret and analyze data for intelligence production. This career opportunity will be used to staff a range of current and anticipated positions within the Deputy Director Operations (DDO) Directorate: five (5) units are hiring; the Integrated Threat Assessment Centre (ITAC); and the Assistant Director Collection (ADC) Directorate.
This career opportunity aims to find (Regional) Data Exploitation Analyst, general and specialized in financial data, geospatial data or facial recognition data, at Level 08.

We are building a team of Data exploitation analysts (DEA) (L08) with a general and specialized knowledge. DEA plays a critical role in interpreting, analyzing, and exploiting data using advanced analytical tools and techniques to produce reports and intelligence in support of the Service investigations and operations, as well as develop business intelligence solutions and support intelligence assessments.
In addition, DEA also provide reports to senior stakeholders such as the Minister, the Intelligence Commissioner and the Federal Court, while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

The degree must be obtained from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada. If you completed a program outside of Canada, you will be required to obtain proof of a Canadian equivalency at your expense from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada.
Any higher level of education (i.e.: Masters, Doctorate) in a related field of study (quantify which area(s) could be recognized as experience).
