What is the opportunity? As Regional Coordinator, you will report to, and work closely with, the Managing Director. You will provide support to the RBC PH&N Investment Counsel regional offices and will be their first point of contact for day-to-day issues related to premises, technology, and operational support.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Managing Director in an Executive Assistant capacity.
  • Responsible for regular administrative duties for the region which may include stationery management, couriers, banking, event planning, etc.
  • Responsible for the setup of new hires which includes technology and equipment orders and internal system access requests.
  • Responsible for the regular review and upkeep of staff equipment for audit purposes.
  • Assist the Managing Director with review of expenses, invoices, and donations.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • First point of contact for day-to-day technology troubleshooting (telecom, mobile devices, equipment, etc.) and for premises queries.
  • Liaise with appropriate functional departments to resolve requests within approval to minimize client and staff disruption.
Must-have
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience within the investment industry in an administrative capacity.
  • High school diploma (university degree an asset).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $41,000 - $60,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
