A community service organization in British Columbia seeks a Regional Coordinator to support and develop quality person-centered services. This role includes overseeing staff, implementing programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Regional Coordinator supports the development of quality person-centered services and works alongside the Regional Manager and other Managers/Coordinators. This role oversees a combination of Community Inclusion employees, Staffed Home employees, and Home Share Providers, ensuring standards are met and quality services are provided.

Office Presence: This role is based in our main office.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel is required to effectively engage with our teams and community partners. This includes periodic visits to various service locations to support and interact directly with staff and stakeholders.

Competitive annual salary: Starting from $69,000 (based on education and experience).
