Job summary

Job Description

As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution, operationalization, governance, and performance management of customer and partner contracts. You will deliver contractual commitments while balancing customer satisfaction, business objectives, financial performance, risk mitigation, and compliance. You serve as a critical liaison across multiple departments, including Customer Success, Customer Care, Sales, Commercial Operations (including GEBS), Legal, Finance, Delivery, Supply Chain, and Distribution Partners. You also work closely with Customers to ensure contracts are executed consistently, efficiently, and profitably. You will report to the North American AMR Business Manager and work in a hybrid environment from either our Cambridge, Ontario or Calgary, Alberta office locations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of contracts (ISA, Inventory+, Repair+, Extended Parts Warranty, CBOT, PM+) from handoff through fulfilment, administration, and closeout.
• Translate commercial agreements into executable delivery plans and operational workflows.
• Ensure contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and service levels are achieved on time and within scope.
• Oversee contract setup, activation, documentation, amendments, renewals, and contract lifecycle administration.
• Drive consistency and standardization across NA contract delivery practices.
• Be the primary point of contact between Customer Success, Customer Care, Sales, Distribution, Finance, Legal, Commercial Operations (including GEBS), Delivery teams, Product Managers and external partners.
• Alignment and management of stakeholders to contract expectations, scope, timelines, and performance objectives.
• Foster customer and partner relationships that support successful contract outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Lead resolution of contract-related issues, disputes, and escalations.
• Leadership & Team Management: Report directly to the Sub-Region Leader and lead a team responsible for the execution, and performance management of Inventory+ and other strategic service contracts.
• Develop, and retain a high-performance team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, succession planning, and ongoing career development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
• Lead team priorities and resource planning to ensure contract audits, performance review, entitlement and customer commitments are completed accurately.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivelant Years of Relevant Work Experience
• The ability to travel 10% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in contract management, service delivery, commercial operations, or program management.
• Experience with contract interpretation and commercial acumen.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing financial performance, forecasting, billing, revenue tracking, or contract profitability.
• Knowledge of risk management, governance, and compliance processes.
• 3+ years of experience managing service contracts, lifecycle services agreements, or aftermarket service programs.
• Knowledge of Integrated Service Agreements (ISA), Inventory, Repair+, CBOT, PM+, Extended Parts Warranty programs, or asset management service offerings.
• Experience working with distributors, channel partners, and complex customer contracts.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, contract lifecycle management, or service management platforms.
• Background in industrial automation, manufacturing, reliability, maintenance, or related industries.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
• Advanced financial, operational, or business analytics capabilities.
• Experience leading customer business reviews, performance reviews, or contract governance programs.

• For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $95,280 - $119,100 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
