Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• 2+ years of experience in a Cleaning/Service-related field.
• Fluency in written and oral English, bilingual is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Effective attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounts receive a high level of service through supervision.
• Maintain operational continuity at job sites by managing staff.
• Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Track inventory and equipment.
• Assist/training cleaners in performing duties.
• Monitor staff absence and turnover.

Skills
