Qualifications

• Working knowledge and ability to demonstrate techniques needed to persuasively promote the sale of complex Business products and/or services, typically gained from 2 years in a Sales role.
• Working knowledge of SaskTel products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle business customer contacts with tact, diplomacy and courtesy at all times, particularly when handling complaints and resolving disputes.
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• General knowledge of SaskTel Business Sales products and services (wireline and wireless).
• Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.
• Good multi‑tasking skills.
• Successful completion of prescribed training courses.
• Keyboarding skills 20 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of Our Business Brand: You will engage directly with our business customers, representing SaskTel in various interactions. Your role will be essential in understanding and aligning with customers' business priorities, ensuring that our solutions add real value.
• Leverage Proven Sales Methodologies: Using your strong working knowledge of persuasive sales techniques, you'll promote SaskTel’s innovative business products and services in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Whether behind the scenes or on‑site, you’ll manage internal processes to not just meet, but exceed customer expectations. Your proactive approach will ensure that our clients’ needs are fully understood and addressed.
• Drive Business Growth: Your ability to understand business challenges and provide tailored solutions will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
