• Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain refrigeration equipment including display cases and walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as the customer-facing HERO.
• Support ongoing training and education goals.

Skills

2 to 5 years' experience as a refrigeration technician

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Education

313A journeymen or red seal refrigeration mechanic
