Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Grassroots Soccer Coach to join our summer team. Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 3-8, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

This role offers a part-time, seasonal position with sessions from July to August. You will ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment, adapt coaching to individual needs, and handle equipment transport and session readiness.

Qualifications

• Valid vulnerable sector check.
• Reliable transportation: valid driver's license and vehicle.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 3-8, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
• Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development.
• Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session.

Compensation: $25-$35/session, based on experience and group size.

Skills and Qualifications for Both Roles:

• Valid vulnerable sector check.
• Reliable transportation: Valid driver's license and vehicle.
