Your opportunity:
The Office of the Faculty Registrar collaborates with departments and colleges at the University of Toronto on matters related to Arts and Science students. Our team is committed to supporting students to ensure a smooth university experience. Responsibilities include coordinating counselling, registration, student records, transfer credits, petitions, exams, and graduation processes.
Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Relationship Management and Events, the Recruitment Officer – Relationship and Event Management will plan and execute events, update online content, and manage the Faculty’s CRM system to meet undergraduate recruitment and enrollment goals. This role involves close interaction with 29 departments, seven colleges, and external stakeholders such as high schools, counselors, students, and parents.
